It is also called Trance-Channelling where the reader goes into a deep connection with Source and gets the answers down from the Divine. As the reader is in a trance, they don’t remember anything that transpires during the session which maintains the autonomy of the reading.

The difference between this and other readings such as using Tarot, Oracle Cards, etc is that in the other forms the reader has to be very good to discern the information that comes out in the cards, whereas here – the reader just repeats whatever information that comes down directly from Source thus maintaining the authenticity of the information. 

Of course, the reader here has to be an absolutely clear channel of energy to connect in this manner to Source.
